Returns/Exchanges
We understand items may need to be returned. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us, and we will be happy to exchange your item, or issue a store credit. Please see our return policy below.

Exchanges will be made for a different size, if inventory allows. If we do not have your item in stock, you will be issued a store credit. Once we received the returned item, we will send the credit to the email that was used at time of purchase. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of your package, and the item returned to us within 14 calendar days of receipt of your package. Customer is responsible for returned postage. All items must have original tags, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors (perfume, smoke), and free of makeup and deodorant stains.
Refunds are not issued in the form or original payment. Refunds are issued as a store credit only. Merchandise must have original tags, be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered. free of odors (perfume, smoke), and free of makeup and deodorant stains. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Clearance/Flash sale items, Intimates (bra, panties etc), Bodysuits, Makeup, Lotions (liquid items), Hats, Hair Accessories, Earrings or Body Piercing Jewelry, and items marked Final Sale.
Store Credits Will be issued to the email address that was used at the time of purchase, after merchandise has been received from the purchaser.
We inspect all items before we ship them. If you have received a defective item, please send a picture with your email within the 3 business days of receiving your package.
